Advanced Search

advanced search to compare a query list of genes or a whole
transcriptome to all the data in
SAMMD.

NOTE: At this point, the
query list for the advanced search has to be N315 ORF IDs

Enter a list of N315
ORF IDs (separated by a space, comma or a break).

and paste the gene list in to the search window.
