You can now perform STRAIN specific search in SAMMD

SAMMD is the Staphylococcus aureus microarray meta-database. SAMMD is a meta-database that contains the post-analysis data from all microarray experiments done in Staphylococcus aureus. SAMMD contains all the genes identified as regulated by either a locus or a growth condition, using microarray technology

  • Choose a query type below (ORFID, GeneName or ORFFunction)
  • Enter query in text box (e.g. SA1233 for an ORFID, or sarA for a Gene name, or DNA polymerase for an ORF product name) to search for transcriptomic data
  • The output shows the locus or growth conditions shown to regulate your query
