Multiple sequence alignment projects contained in STRAP
From the menu science multiple sequence alignment projects can be opened.
Currently the following multiple sequence alignments / multiple structure alignments are included:
- multiple sequence alignments and protein structures of the core structure of the proteasome
- multiple structures alignment and protein structures of the prion protein PrP
- structure based multiple sequence alignments of all pdb structures of all flavine proteins. 29 different fold classes. Protein structure superpositions by CE. Exhaustive structure comparison. Scatter-plots.
