Each peptide chain of the PDB-file in a separate file
[Menu for protein>3D structure>Protein complex] Proteins read from a PDB-file are selected.
When a protein has more than one chain a new protein file is written for each chain.
An underscore and the chain identifier letter is appended to the file name.
