Frequent: severe GI intolerance (n/v/metallic taste, abd pain). Occ: allergic rxns; neurotoxicity (prevented w/pyridoxine); reversible hepatitis (2%), jaundice (1-3%)--monitor LFTs q2-4 wks; gynecomastia; menstrual irregularities.
