About me

Namaskar! I am Prash. I joined Bioinformatics team, CDAC, Pune, India on August 1, 2008. You may reach my ex-home page here. I'm also serving as an Associate Director of Bioinformatics.org I'm in process of finishing my PhD from LJR lab at Roskilde University, Denmark. I founded Bioclues.org in 2006, a virtual organization, that masks projects online and builds mentor-mentee relationship. Bioclues.org, is to serve as a regional affiliate of Asia Pacific Bioinformatics Network start August 1, 2009

Interests

My interests are to study protein-protein interactions and top-down systems biology across eukaryotic genomes especially human and mitochondrial informatics. Besides this iota of research, I mentor students online through MentorNet.

My associates feel that I am a good organizer ;0) as evident from my office desk. I also blog sometimes by pegging some thoughts Biospot and ABC Tales. I dream alot and visualize cartoons through my dreams. Some of them could be checked through Biotoons.
