:Yes, each section and program should be separated into articles, just as we did with the [[Bioinformatics FAQ]].  But, this list should no longer be limited to Linux programs, and so "Linux" shouldn't be used in article titles, unless referring to something very specific to Linux. Yes, each section and program should be separated into articles, just as we did with the Bioinformatics FAQ.
