    Release notes:

    A Smith Waterman Algorithm on GreenTea P2p Distributed Network Computing Platform

    The zip file includes the Java source code and the class files, as well as a sample sequence data file (gpcu.fsa).

    Before developing and running this program, you need to install GreenTea (GT) P2P Distributed Network Computing Platform. GT can be downloaded at the download page of www.GreenTeaTech.com.
