Release notes:

Maintainance release. Fixes a small problem with compatibility in RH9 GCC IO libraries. Will now compile without error on RH9. Tests / bug reports from other systems are very welcome!

Cleaned up itterators. Fixed legacy IO syntax problem Added 'make test' Reorganized directory structure. For detailed changes please use CVS. In future we should do this better. I will create a GNU style CHANGES file.
