CS112A Image Processing for Biologists, Level 1This course teaches biologists how to analyze and manipulate biological images, and extract meaningful information from them, using a variety of tools. For large quantities of images that need to be analyzed with the same algorithm, the course teaches how to automate these routine tasks and generate reports in a high throughput fashion.

CertificationThis course is certified by Bioinformatics.org, one of the oldest and largest international affiliations in the field, and it will count as 3 "Continuing Scientific Education" (CSE) units (one unit per contact hour) within Bioinformatics.org. Refund policyFor any course type, if a student is not satisfied with the conduct or content of a course, they may request a full refund within the first two days of lecture.
