installation procedure:

install jre ---------> http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp;

extract the archive wherever you want;

double click on JTM-align.exe;

  - choose the installation directory; by default is program_folder/JTM-align;

will create links with the desktop and programs menu

Use the links created to launch the tool
