[BiO BB] MSPCrunch and Bioperl

Hello -

	Has anyone used the MSPCrunch from bioperl?
	Can this substitute the original one at the swedish site (the only
difference being that this one is implemented in Perl)? The original
site for MSPCrunch is always down, and I can't get me a working binary
copy. I have to much data to process via web interfaces.
