[BiO BB] concatenation of nucleic acid or aminoacid

Dear Folks,

Is there a tool to concatenate nucleic acid or aminoacid sequences esp. the 
aligned sequences so that at the end of concatenation, one would get the set 
of proteins or genes sticked together preserving respective alignments. If 
you know any such programs doing the same please pass on the links and info.
