Hello all,
	I have a query:
	When we are running psipred the program takes the file of a
sequence as input , run and give result ;
Ex: x.seq--> x.horiz,x.ss,x.ss2,x.blast: (3 iterations of PSIBLAST/PSIPRED
V) : 3 seconds:
Actually I want to run psipred on a set of sequences loaded in a file at a
time one by one.(Here the sequences will be in a file and should be read
one by one.)
Please provide me with a solution regarding the query and suggest me
possible ways which will complete the task in a little time. May be at the
rate of 1 or  min for 50 sequences.
A quick reply if possible is appreciated.
