Hi, Does anyone know of a method to compare DNA template sequences that contain IUPAC ambiguity codes (i.e. W=A/T) to a database using WuBlast blastn 2.0? I've been through the docs, and havent found anything on ambiguity code support besides N (any base). Thanks very much! Charles
