What kind of modeling do you need?

For example, you can use ChromaView plugin for UGENE (it's free,
http://ugene.unipro.ru/plugin_chromaview.html) to adjust DNA sequences from
chromatograms.

Or, may be, you need new sequence generation tool by some model?
