[BiO BB] Blast2GO announces: First international course in automated functional annotation and data-mining

Dear Colleagues,

We are very pleased to announce a first international course in automated functional annotation and data-mining.
The course will provide know-how and bioinformatics resources to assigning rich functional labels to high-dimensional sequence datasets and to extract new knowledge from annotation data. In this course you will learn tools and tips for functional annotation, visualization and analysis of novel sequence data making use of Blast2GO.

The course will be offered to 35 participants at 2 locations:
- Valencia, Spain: 28 to 30, September 2009
- Florida, USA: 14 to 16, October, 2009
