Hi Tim,

We've let the Ensembl packaging drift a little, I'm ashamed to say. This will be rekindled pretty soon though, and I would love to work with BL to make sure it's distributed and publicised.

I'm busy writing opscode chef deployment scripts for galaxy using BL as the base platform. It seems to install much faster from apt than Galaxy's bitbucket.
