I wouldn't pay attention to any of the time stamps on the releases because I've been tweaking things the last few weeks, and I've needed to re-upload images. BioBrew-3.1 is the latest full release that contains everything on one DVD, and likely the last one. The BioBrew roll for Rocks-3.1 is a much smaller CD ISO that just contains the bio apps, so you'll have to download Rocks-3.1 to build a cluster with it. The BioBrew rolls for Rocks-3.3 contain the same apps as the one for Rocks-3.1, but are updated to work with Rocks-3.3. > > -- > Eugen* Leitl leitl > ______________________________________________________________ > ICBM: 48.07078, 11.61144 http://www.leitl.org > 8B29F6BE: 099D 78BA 2FD3 B014 B08A 7779 75B0 2443 8B29 F6BE > http://moleculardevices.org http://nanomachines.net > _______________________________________________ > BioBrew-Users mailing list > BioBrew-Users at bioinformatics.org > https://bioinformatics.org/mailman/listinfo/BioBrew-Users > Glen Otero Ph.D. Linux Prophet -------------- next part -------------- A non-text attachment was scrubbed...
