Hi Denis-

Your wish is my command : ) I'm on vacation right now, but I should  
start working on a BioBrew roll for Rocks 4.0 in about a week or so.  
The roll *should* be ready by the beginning of August, but no later  
than the middle of August (after LinuxWorld in San Francisco). I'll  
put clustalw-mpi into the new roll.

What cpu architecture are you using?
