[BioBrew Users] Documentation for Biobrew

A list of the software rpms is here:

ftp://ftp.bioinformatics.org/pub/biobrew/srpms/4.1

Most of the software installs under /opt/BioBrew, but mpiblast  
installs its two binaries (mpiblast and mpiformatdb) somewhere else, / 
usr/local/bin I think. Just run 'locate mpiblast' to find it. The  
EMBOSS suite installs its binaries there too, I think.
