Joe, Thanks for all that wisdom. I was afraid that it might be an Intel ifc versus gcc thingy. I'll have to look into downloading that then too. That, of course, will be a right royal pain in the a**e when trying to get anything else third party compiled. (And I thought that we would be getting away from that by using linux instead of OSF/Tru64!)
