[Bioclusters] Need ur help badly

Possible try running it from the tcsh shell.  That seems to do the 
trick for me some times...  But I have never setup mpiBLAST...   just 
type tcsh at the prompt.  if not to get back to your old shell just 
type sh at the tcsh prompt.
