Koen, I thought we could do it the hard way, so I did the following 
on the cvs repository, in the BioCocoa.pbproj folder:

mv koen.pbxuser,v koen.pbxuser,v.old

which simply hides the file from the cvs repository, and it now has 
no memory of it. The '.old' file could be destroyed in the future if 
the next steps work.

Now, you could checkout a new BioCocoa folder. The, before opening 
the project, you may want to copy the old koen.pbxuser from a recent 
version into the new checkout project, then 'cvs add' the file and 
then 'cvs commit' it. (This is only to keep some of the settings you 
may have but I am not sure you would miss them anyway)

And hopefully you will be back to normal!
