Well well well,

I was able to commit the new BCSequenceView, hopefully everything  
compiles and runs fine.

I also just got a mail from Jeff from bioinformatics.org, who  
strongly recommended to move to FSFS. In case Peter is unable to do  
the switch, I will do it, I already asked him for more detailed  
instructions.
