Check out this website for many formats: http:// 
emboss.sourceforge.net/docs/themes/SequenceFormats.html It doesn't  
cover the 'ncbi' format that we use in BioCocoa, a sample of that is  
here: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Sitemap/samplerecord.html
