[Biococoa-dev] ultraconserved tools bugged?

Hi Schott,
I used construct_sarray to create an sarray file from the human genome It worked great, but when I tried to do the same using a bacteria or virus genome, it didn't work at all. It says  "Constructing suffix array. Aborted"
Do your tools work with small genomes?
For example one of these (http://www.ebi.ac.uk/genomes/virus.html)
