Hi users,

This bug is a bit embarrassing, and it appears to have been in the code for
more than a year so it is amazing that nobody has caught it until now!

Selecting an arbitrary sequence region (CTRL-mouse-drag) on a map that has
been re-centered (by selecting a feature), then scrolled and zoomed, will
bring up either the wrong sequence, or no sequence at all.

This is now fixed.  cvs update to get the new version.
