[Genquire-users] error installing LWP package

I am in the Sysad group in the MGI group at the Jackson Laboratory 
and attempting to install and configure the BioPerl/Genquire 
applications on a laptop for use by Dr. David Hill.  When I attempted 
to install the LWP package I get the following error message:

"Error installing package 'LWP' : Could not locate a PPD file for package LWP"

Can you point me to the PPD file?
