[Genquire-users] Plugins under MS Windows now functional

It's ugly, but it works.
The various plugins that we distribute with Genquire will now function
completely normally under Windows. Users needing this functionality
should do a:
cvs update -dP
on the Genquire folder to get the updates. No other modifications are
required, and Linux users will be unaffected by this as the plugins will
auto-detect your OS and make the correct choice of communication methods.

rid of them? ;-)
