That means no new features added but existing retained. All applications that used Version 1.2 so far will continue to work with this version. All files in the CVS repository have been tagged with the label: VERSION_1_2_2 Next, this version will be moved to a CVS branch. New features can then be incorporated into the main branch which eventually will lead us to version 2.0 soon. Happy coding! Alex. We are advancing at high speed towards TWO-ZERO. Some highlights + support for MODELs in PDB files + integrated global/local sequence alignment to drive superimposition + graphical user interface for controlling script execution + sever bug in StepTalk cleaned + many more to be listed somewhere ... If you can't wait any longer and have access to a Windows machine, try the all-in-one installer for Windows (NT, Win2000, XP?). Download instructions and screen shot available at: http://wiki.moltalk.org/WindowsVersion This version includes both the environment for command line starting of scripts and the graphical user interface (requires GTK+ to be installed, download from the same site). Cheers, Alex. http://www.moltalk.org
