Hi Dan,

I've improved the RefHelper extension substantially since I've talked
to you.  It is also in the MediaWiki SVN now, so it has been code
reviewed.

There are two new ways of creating a citation.  One allows you to
search PubMed and each result has a "Create" button.  Also, if a page
references a citation that doesn't exist, you can click on the
red-link and instead of seeing a text box, the title is used to
perform a PubMed search with "Create" buttons on each result (for
example go to http://www.neurov.is/w/index.php?title=Cite:Navalpakkam%202009&action=edit).
