[pyphy] Mavric uploaded to theopenlab

I uploaded the mavric web page and source tarball to
/home/httpd/html/pyphy.  Menus now work, and I commented treeUtil.py.

Just for the record, Thomas and I are thinking of using Tkinter, either
instead of, or in parallel with pygnome/pygtk.
