Hi Jeff,

PSB is behind me now, and I can get back to doing other things!

I believe I have some code related to Phylip connectivity that may be
useful for PyPhy.  I would be happy to try and integrate that with the
rest of the project.  Unfortunately, the "theopenlab" web server seems to
be down now, so I cannot grab a copy of the code to see how
useful/feasible it would be.  When it comes back up, I'll take a closer
look at it.

If I can contribute code, then I will need a CVS account.  Since I doubt
you will let me have the username "jeff" ;), I will take "jchang".

BTW, PSB accepted my proposal to do a python tutorial.  Looks like
interest in python is picking up in the bioinformatics community!
