[pyphy] stuff

Hi Jeff,

Yep, I've got a remote copy of the CVS modules.  I'm currently running a
large cluster analysis and will start playing with PyPhy on those results
when it's done.  Having a slow list in the summer is fine -- gives me time
to catch up on c.l.python!
