[pyphy] Changelog, html page etc.

Hej folks ... ( 2 or more ?),

I made small changes to http://theopenlab.uml.edu/pyphy/
and I added a TODO file in the pyphy/mavric cvs repos.

Any suggestions/desperate cries ?
Does anyone know how to use robinson-foulds comparing methods ?
I can't get the article right know ...
