[pyphy] mavrictk => herring

Hej,

1) I changed the project name for the tkinter version of mavric from
   mavrictk to herring 
   ("You must cut down the mightiest tree in the forrest... with... 
    A HERRING!!!") http://members.aol.com/FredG25581/herring.wav
   --- sounds familiar ???

2) The database operations are changed from using a patched yank version to 
   completely python based indexing 
   To test type "make dbtest", "make tktest" and right click on some taxa
   names or choose auto annotate.

   For real projects I recommend a non redundant database with SWISS and
   TREMBL 
   ... current size ?

3) does anybody know if it is possible to index gzipped files ?
   (indexes are positions in the file for use with seek() and tell())
