Hej Rick a.Co.,

I have totally rewritten hering now as part of my last PhD project.  Right
now I am spreading my nexus files over all our computers in sweden - I have
to calculate 10.000 trees for the phylogenomics project - so most of the
code deals now with the automagically large scale processing from
BlastOutput to SWISS parsing, homologues decision, alignment, tree'ing and
tree processing. The Tk GUI is a only small part of it.

Right now - consider hering as inactive/coma, I don't think I'm going to
reuse any code from it. But I am going to put the phylogenomics-python code
to Loci and/or BioPython after I have finished the manuscript.
