[ssml] Looking for the top ten "most wanted" human genes

My guess is that you need to probe experimentallists about this question,
and that you will get as many different answers as groups you ask.
Can you make / hook up to a website which lists genes found in (or not)
fly / worm / yeast / human / fugu / arab, with a functinal annotation and
allow people to vote on importance (with regard to those missing in
human)?
The KOG may be helpful here...
