    Summary:
Sequence pane - problems with scrolling in split screen
    Original submission:
    Description
    -------------
    There are 3 problems

    1. split does not autorefresh
    2. horizontal scroll bar missing from right sequence pane when split
    3. There should only be one vertical scroll bar controlling both panes synchronously.

    Example
    ---------

    blprotein
    File --> Import Foreign Format
    choose BIRCHDEV/tutorials/bioLegato/pairwise.sim/uniprot-antifreeze-keyword-47.txt
make blprotein window bigger to make it easier to visualize scrolling.
In sequence pane, right-click and choose split

    There are 3 problems:

    1. bioLegato does not
autorefresh, so you have to resize the window to get the sequence pane to split.

    2. The right pane is missing a horizontal scroll bar.

    3. The left and right panes both have vertical scroll bars, which allows them to scroll independently. This is incorrect. It makes no biological sense for vertical scrolling to be independent. There should either be just one vertical scroll bar controlling both panes, or alternatively, both scroll bars should be synchronized so that we are always seeing the same sequences, regardless of which scroll bars we use. The former ie. just one vertical scroll bar controlling both panes, is preferrable.
