Description

Selection for change case only is possible within the sequence pane. For very large sequences, it is simply impractical to select by beginning a selection and scrolling horizontally and vertically.

We need to be able to apply selection in the name pane, as well as getting Change Case to work using Edit --> Select All.

All sequences read in are in lowercase. It is possible to select a block of nucleotides in the sequence pane, and then Edit --> Change Case works.

What I want to be able to do is

a) Edit --> Select All
Edit --> Change Case

b) select names in the name pane
Edit --> Change Case
