    Not a bug at all! I had forgotten that linear fragments ALWAYS give at least 1 fragment in a digest. The number of fragments is always the number of sites plus 1. 08/23/15 21:52 B_Fristensky
    In BACHREST, setting FRAGLEAST and FRAGMOST for circular sequences prints only digests where the FRAGLEAST <= number of frags <= FRAGMOST.

    However, for linear sequences, it prints digests where FRAGLEAST-1 <= number of frags <= FRAGMOST.     		08/23/15 16:55 B_Fristensky
