    AceFileReader reads in all the Contig data into RAM before processing. To do this it needs MUCH more RAM then the final data structures use.

    The contig loading code reads all data in before processing. It needs to process reads as the sequences come in.
    (1) Read contig sequence
    (2) Read AF lines to get alignments
    (3) Read RD/QA lines together and process read before moving on in file.
