Illegal filenames on windows

There are some filenames that are illegal on windows. These need to be stripped from the repo in order to allow for the objects to be unpacked into the working tree.
I have already made a script to do this, just putting this up as a to-do for anyone who tries to clone a birchdev master branch onto windows.
