Features of the simulation series in FASIMU
Control file (name simulations) format
Each simulation is described in a single line, consisting of
5 items:
- Identifier
- One or more objective(s)
- Constraints: allowed exchange over the system boundary, inhibited reaction or direction
- One or more evaulator(s) to check whether the computed flux distribution is as desired
- Comment
Predefined control files
- for pruning
- for flux-variability analysis
- produce every metabolite in the system
- degrade every metabolite in the system
- leak check
