    I am a student doing my Advanced Diploma in BioInformatics here at the Bharathidasan Uty_Trichy TamilNadu_ South India.

    - 1997-2000- B.Sc CompSci - Bishop Heber College-Trichy with 71%

    - 2000-2002- M.S CyberTechnology-St.Josephs College-Trichy with 74 %

    - 2003 Nov onwards i am doing my Adv P G Dip in BioInformatics At Bharathidasan Uty.Trichy.

    Skillset:
    - C,C++,Bioperl.
    - HTML,XML,Dreamweaver,ASP,Servlets.
    - ORACLE,MySQL.
    - Win9x,NT,XP,Linux

    I have some added technical qualifications as a computer technician in Hardware and Windows Networking techniology (form ACCEL_Chennai).

    I got the Best Outcommer Award for my BSc graduation.

    Currently i am involved in the development of a software package that can be used for MSA study and in finding the ancestral sequence as well. I did choose Bioperl, perl and C for the development.

    I am ready tobe obsorbed in any entry level or a trainee level postings

    I think I can do fine in developing biological software packages correlated with the biotechnological development in recent years, and this is the main reason I have an interest in bioinformatics.
