Analyse Results: This tool can be used to analyse the results obtained from the cross validation study or after testing on a new result where the expected output is known.
Provide the the Input file name. Input file name contains the actual output of each sample along with the expected value/class.
Provide the result file name
Provide the positive and negative cut off. Values between the positive and negative cut-off wont be considered for classification and there class would be considered as undermined.
An example of the result file is shown below
