Entry IDs:  (seperated by spaces)

Entry colors:
(colors shown in the plot, seperated by spaces, matching each entry ID above. Click here to see a full list of color names.)

Input data (provide tab-delimited or white space-delimited doses and PSI/counts data. No header line, each row must match a entry ID provided above.)
(Tip: if doses are the same for all entry IDs, just input one row. If not, provide all with each row matching a entry ID.)

About the data type I have above:

PSI values; (click here to show an example)

Counts data for one probe on each row; (click here to show an example)

Set rules in dose-response analysis:

When the following situation happens, there is no "dose-response". Set the ED50 value to  (nM);

  • When the fitting has a P-value greater than  (non-significant fitting)
  • When the PSI change is less than  (%)
  • Specify lower and upper limit of my PSI response data: (default is 0-100%)

  • Range of PSI response lower limit   (eg. set to "0 1" will fix the lower range of PSI to around 0-1%)
  • Range of PSI response upper limit   (eg. set to "99 100" will fix the upper range of PSI to around 99-100%)
  • Calculate other values:

    Calculate the compound dose which trigger the change of PSI value by %. (put numbers between 1 to 100 seperated by spaces)
