Joao Pedro is a postdoc at Harvard Medical School where he works on the biology and genetics of aging, in particular in developing and applying genomics and bioinformatics to help gain new insights on aging. Most notably, he developed the Human Ageing Genomic Resources (http://genomics.senescence.info/), a collection of databases and tools designed to help researchers understand the genetics of human aging.
