I am a student at the Univ of Utah. I am located in the Wittwer DNA Lab in the Dept of Pathology. Recently, we launched uMelt for High Resolution Melting Prediction. It is a web based software application allowing users to input sequences, melt them, and view/download the results in an attractive and quick interface.
